Author W. T. (Travis) Watson is a coffee addict and writer of both fiction and non-fiction who has been a paranormal and cryptozoological "geek" since discovering ghosts and UFOs in the 3rd grade. Over several decades of passionate research, he has recently made the jump from researcher to author, writing non-fiction five books that explore a fascinating range of paranormal phenomena.

Travis’ published works delve deep into the mysterious and unexplained, covering everything from Phantom Black Dogs and the enigmatic role of mist, fog and clouds in paranormal encounters, to monsters and mysteries across Canada. He has also published work on the Sasquatch in Canada and explored the relationship between poltergeist incursions and Class B Sasquatch encounters.

He infuses all of his work with his expertise in cryptozoology, monster lore, magic, Forteana and the paranormal, bringing a unique shamanic and magical perspective developed through over 30+ years of exploration in these topics. This distinctive approach allows him to examine paranormal and cryptozoological phenomena through a unique lens that focuses on the percipient.

Travis is available for podcast appearances, where he shares his extensive knowledge about his books and related paranormal topics. His engaging speaking style reflects the same blend of serious research and accessible storytelling found in his writing.

When he is not writing, researching, or speaking about monsters and mysteries, he can be found outdoors allowing his dogs to take him for a walk around his neighbourhood in southern Ontario. He lives with his spouse, Stacey, in a townhome that would be jammed with books if it weren't for e-readers.
